Take a bowl. Add Yogurt and wheat flour. Mix thoroughly with a hand blender/ beater.
Add half cup of water and beat thoroughly.
Take a pan . Add chopped pumpkin, salt, turmeric powder and one cup of water and allow it to boil.
Mash/ blend the boiled pumpkin.Add the beaten curd to the pumpkin and stir it in high flame . Stir till the curd is fully boiled. Now Change the knob of your gas stove to medium position.
Cook for further 5-7 minutes.Heat oil in another Kadai/Pan. Add dry red chili, paanch phoran. Allow it to crackle.
Now add garlic and curry leaves and stir for a while.Transfer the curd mixed with pumpkin to the Kadai/Pan. Mix thoroughly and allow it to boil for two minutes.
Switch off the burner. Your Dahi Kanji is ready.
