ABOUT Raw Mango Pudina Chutney RECIPE

This tangy raw mango pudina is prepared by blending raw mangoes with pudina .The chutney with this recipe has perfectly balanced spicy and tangy taste as chillies and ginger gives it a spicy touch while pudina and coriander leaves bring their own nuance.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 - Small raw mangoes (washed and chopped)
  2. 2 - Green chilli
  3. 1/4 Inch - Chopped ginger
  4. Rock salt as required
  5. 1 tsp - Cumin powder
  6. 1 Bowl - Coriandar and pudina leaves (1/2 mint leaves and 1/2 coriander leaves)
  7. Water as needed

Instructions

  1. In a mixer jar, add pudina and coriander leaves, green chilli, chopped ginger, rock salt, cumin powder and water.
  2. Blend all ingredients well to make a fine paste.
  3. Row mango pudina chutney is ready to serve.
