Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Dry and hard Corn kernels - 1 Cup
  2. Butter - 1 /2 tablespoon
  3. Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Sugar - 2 teaspoon
  5. Khus syrup - 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Rose syrup - 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. First take a wok and add butter and salt in it.
  2. Now add corn kernels and cover the wok with lid. Slow down the flame.
  3. Soon poping sound of the corns will be audible. When there is no more sound switch off the flame and very carefully remove the lid.
  4. Now divide pop corns in three parts. Again take a wok and add 1 teaspoon sugar and khus syrup in it. Slow down the flame. Add 1 part of popcorn in it.
  5. Because of khus syrup and sugar, pop corns will become caramelised and green in colour. It takes just 2 minutes. Switch off the flame. Keep aside.
  6. Now again take a wok and add 1 teaspoon sugar and rose syrup in it on high flame. Now add second part of popcorn in it. Slow down the flame.
  7. Soon popcorn will become dark pink in colour because of rose syrup. Switch off the flame. It takes just 2 minutes.
  8. Do not add anything in the third part of the pop corns.
  9. Now take a serving bowl mix three colours of popcorns and serve immediately.
  10. Yummy sweet and salty munching snack is ready to enjoy.
