Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Macaroni - 1 packet
  2. Tomato - 1
  3. Onion - 2
  4. Garlic - 3 cloves
  5. Green Chillies - 2
  6. Dried red chilies - 2
  7. Cloves - 2
  8. Cassia (tej patta) - 2
  9. salt as per taste
  10. Red chilli powder - 2 tablespoon
  11. Turmeric powder - 1 tablespoon
  12. Oil - 4-5 tablespoon
  13. Maggi e masala - 1 packet
  14. Coriender powder - 1 tablespoon
  15. Mustard seeds - 1 tablespoon
  16. Tomato ketchup - 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Boil macaroni for about 10- 15 minutes in water with 2-3 drops of oil and 1 tablespoon of salt. Strain out all the water from the macaroni when it is done.
  2. Chop the onions, garlic, tomatoes and grind then into a coarse paste.
  3. Warm oil in a pan. Then add mustard seeds, cloves, cassia, dried red chilies and saute them for 6-7 sec. Add the tomato, onion, garlic paste to the pan and add turmeric. Let it cool till the paste leaves the sides of the pan.
  4. Add maggi e masala, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder and tomato ketchup and cook for another 6-7 seconds.
  5. Then add boiled macaroni to it and cook for 6-7 seconds and serve hot.
