ABOUT Beetroot Vegetable Tikki RECIPE

This is a healthy patty, rich in iron and taste.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 - Beetroot
  2. 1 - Carrot
  3. 3 -4 - Boiled potatoes
  4. 50 gm- Paneer
  5. 1/2 Cup - Boiled peas
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/2 tsp - Black pepper powder
  8. 1/4 tsp - Red chilli powder
  9. 1/4 tsp - chat masala
  10. 1 tsp - Cornflour
  11. 4 tbsp - Bread crumbs
  12. Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Grate beetroot and carrot.
  2. Add boiled and mashed potatoes, paneer, peas, corn flour and all the spices. Mix properly.
  3. Now make tikkies and coat with bread crumbs.
  4. Shallow fry from both sides.
  5. Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
