ABOUT Topse Fry RECIPE

Topse Fry is a very tasty fish that can be eaten with bones.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Topsey fish - 8
  2. Marination : Salt to taste
  3. Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  4. Juice of one lime
  5. Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Batter : Rice flour - 2 tbsp
  7. Gram flour - 2 tbsp
  8. Flour - 1 tbsp
  9. Red chilli powder - to taste
  10. Green chilli, chopped - 1 tsp
  11. Chopped Coriander - 2 tbsp
  12. Salt - to taste
  13. Poppy seeds - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Marinate the fish with the ingredients listed in Marinade for 10 minutes.
  2. Make a batter with the ingredients listed in Batter.
  3. Heat oil in kadhayi. Dip the fish in the batter and deep fry.
  4. Serve hot with sliced onions and green chutney.
