Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Tofu cut into small cubes - 1 Packet
  2. Basil - 2 Cups, finely chopped
  3. 1/4th Cup - Garlic - finely chopped
  4. 1 - Green chili, finely chopped
  5. 2 Cups - Rice, cooked
  6. 1 tbsp - Soy sauce
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 2 tsp - Oil
  9. 1 Cup - Green Peas
  10. 2 tbsp - Curd
  11. 1 tbsp - Cream
  12. Salt & pepper
  13. A few Salmon Fillets

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped green chili and chopped garlic. Add tofu and fry till its golden.
  2. Add chopped basil and cook for 2 minutes then add cooked rice, salt to taste and soy sauce.
  3. Mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes its ready.
  4. Take a salmon fish fillet, marinate with salt and pepper and cook on a grilled pan with very little oil. Fish itself has a lot of oil and gets cooked in its own juices. Cook only till it turns reddish pink.
  5. For the peas mash, boil some peas in water. Add salt , pepper, curd, sour cream and blend in mixer till you get a smooth paste.
