ABOUT Adrak Hari Mirch Achar RECIPE

This is my mom's instant pickle recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 100 gm - Ginger (peeled, washed and cut into slices)
  2. 50 gm - Green chilies (washed n slit in between)
  3. 1 Cup - Vinegar (or as per taste, if you want more tangy than add more or less tangy than add less vinegar)
  4. 2 tsp - Salt
  5. 1/2 tsp - Haldi

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl put vinegar, salt and haldi and mix well. Add ginger and green chilli and mix again.
  2. Put the mixture in a sterilized glass jar. You can use it within a day or two.
