ABOUT Hakka Noodles RECIPE

A delicious Chinese noodle recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chings Hakka noodles - 1 packet
  2. Chopped cabbage, bell peppers - 1 Cup
  3. Chopped spring onion - 1/2 Cup
  4. Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
  5. Dark soy sauce - 1 tsp
  6. Red chilli sauce - 1 tsp
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. Olive oil - 2 tsp
  9. Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  10. ajino motto - 1/2 tsp (I have not used)

Instructions

  1. Keep all things ready on the counter and bring water to boil in a pan. Break noodles with hands and add to the boiling water with one teaspoon of oil. Stir and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Check to see if it's done then the water strain through a sieve. Wash the noodles under cold water.
  3. Take a spoonful of oil in your hand and rub on the noodles. Heat 1 tsp oil in deep pan, add crushed garlic, green chilli, white part of the onion, bell peppers, cabbage and carrot. Add all sauces and vinegar.
  4. Add noodles and salt then turn them in the pan gently. Cook for a minute and then serve in a plate.
