ABOUT Black Grapes And Indian Blackberry Popsicle RECIPE

No added color and preservatives are used here. Pure juice of Indian blackberry / jaamun and black grapes are used to make these Popsicle. Healthy summer treat for the kids.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Clear Juice Of Indian Blackberry - 1 Cup
  2. Clear Juice Of Black Grapes - 1 Cup
  3. Water - 1/2 Cup
  4. Black Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoon
  6. Popsicle molds

Instructions

  1. Add seedless black grapes in the blender jar, add water and blend for two minutes. Filter the juice and discard the left over pulp. Keep the filtered juice aside.
  2. Take Indian blackberry in a deep bowl and smash nicely with clean hands. Discard the seeds.
  3. Transfer this pulp to a blender jar add water and blend on high speed for two minutes. Filter the juice and discard the leftover pulp.
  4. Now mix black grapes juice, Indian blackberry juice, lemon juice and black salt in the blender on high speed for two minutes.
  5. Pour this juice in a Popsicle mold. Freeze it for 6 hours or until they are properly set.
  6. Unmold the Popsicles and enjoy.
