Perfect summer healthy and easy breakfast popsicle.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Yoghurt _3/4 cup
  2. Honey-2 table spoon
  3. Berries-1 cup( frozen)(mixture of blackberry,raspberry and red currant)
  4. Granola-1/2 cup
  5. Popsicle mould
  6. 1 cup_240 ml

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add yoghurt and honey.
  2. In another bowl add frozen berries(thawed slightly)
  3. Smash the berries.
  4. Keep all ingredients ready.
  5. Mix together yoghurt and honey.
  6. Layer in to popsicle mould,a layer of berries.
  7. add layer of yoghurt.
  8. Then add one more layer of berry.
  9. Finally a layer of granola.
  10. Put popsicle stick in to the mould.
  11. Put the popsicle in to the freezer for at least 5 hours.
