ABOUT Black Grape Smoothie RECIPE

An interesting twist to the usual grapes. It is a good way to utilize the natural goodness of fruits and reap the benefits of the minerals and vitamins present in them.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Black american grapes about 2 cups, deseeded
  2. Sugar as per taste (Since these grapes are sweeter, check before adding sugar.)
  3. Lemon juice of 1 small sized lemon (if you desire to get that tangy flavour)
  4. Black salt 1/4th tsp

Instructions

  1. Blend all these ingredients together.
  2. Then strain it and pour in glasses to drink.
