Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 gm - Paneer
  2. 2 - Medium Onion (diced)
  3. 1 - Big Capsicum (diced)
  4. 1 tbsp - Garlic, chopped
  5. 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  6. 2 tsp - Tomato Ketchup
  7. 4 tsp - Oil
  8. Salt & Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pan heat 1tsp oil and saute the onions, capsicum and paneer separately.
  2. In the same pan heat some more oil saute garlic till it turns pink and then add the sauces, salt & pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add all sauteed vegetables and mix well. Fry for 3-4minutes and then switch off the gas.
  4. Serve hot.
