Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 Cup - Suji
  2. 3 - Leftover bread slices
  3. 1/2 Cup - Oats
  4. Cabbage, finally chopped - 2 tbs
  5. Onion, chopped - 4 tbs
  6. Carrot, grated - 2 tbs
  7. Capsicum, chopped - 2 tbs
  8. Ginger garlic chilli paste - 2 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Coriander leaves, chopped - 1 tbs
  11. Water as required
  12. Oil for making uttpam

Instructions

  1. Roughly grind the bread slices. Mix all the ingredients except oil and make a batter.
  2. Keep it for 10 mins. So that the mixture soaks and becomes fluffy.
  3. Heat a tawa, add ghee, pour some batter and spread in circular manner. Drop some ghee on the sides and once a side turns light brown and crisp flip and brown the other side.
  4. Take it out in a plate and serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
