Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chings hakka noodles - 1 packet
  2. Chopped cabbage, bell peppers - 1 cup
  3. Chopped spring onion - 1/2 Cup
  4. Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
  5. Dark soy sauce - 1 tsp
  6. Red chilli sauce - 1 tsp
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. Olive oil - 2 tsp
  9. Vinegar- as required
  10. Ajino motto - 1/2 tsp (I have not used)

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pan, break noodles with hand and put them in boiling water wit ha teaspoon of oil. Mix gently and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Check to see if the noodles are done, take them in a sieve and rinse under cold water. Take 1/2 tsp oil in your hand and spread it on the noodles.
  3. Heat a deep pan and add 1tsp oil in it. Add crushed garlic, green chilli, white part of the onion, cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, all the sauces and vinegar. Add salt and toss the noodles. Remove from heat and serve hot.
