Ingredients Serving: 9

  1. Round Brinjal - 4
  2. Salt - to taste
  3. Chopped coriander -- 4 tsp
  4. Tamarind pulp - 4 tsp
  5. Dry whole red chilli - 3
  6. Green chilli - 3
  7. Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the brijals. Peel their skin and blend in a blender.
  2. Add the other ingredients and bland again till you get a smooth chutney.
