Wow so tasty dish yaar
Wash and clean the brinjal
Heat the heavy pan and add oil
When oil is hot add mustard seeds. when it crackles add onion and stir well
After a minute add ginger garlic paste, stir add curry leaves. stir
Fry until raw smell goes . Now add salt and stir
Make a cross on brinjal without cutting full now take peanut chutney powder stuff the brinjal and add this to onions
Add turmeric powder. chilli powder and jaggery and stir well
Now add 1/2 cup water, stir gently cover and cook for 15 minutes or until done
Yummy and very easy dish is ready. serve with chapati or parota.
