Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Moong Dal Dhuli - 1 cup
  2. Beetroot, carrot, cabbage - 1 Cup Grated
  3. Peas - 1/2cup, Boiled
  4. Coriander Leaves - 2tsp, Chopped
  5. Green Chili - 1/2tsp, chopped
  6. Ginger - 1/2tsp, Chopped
  7. Salt - To Taste
  8. Red Chili Powder - 1tsp
  9. Chaat Masala - 1/2tsp
  10. Butter - For Cooking

Instructions

  1. Soak Moong dal for 4-5 hours in water. Drain the water and put the dal in grinder, add green chili and grind to a smooth paste. After this add salt to the paste.
  2. Heat a non stick frying pan, add butter and all the chopped veggies, salt, red chili powder and saute for 1min. Now switch off the flame and add chaat masala.
  3. Take a non stick tawa, apply small quantity of butter and spread the Moong dal paste with a ladle. Cook by applying butter on both sides. Once both the sides are done add the veggies and fold it.
  4. Repeat the same process for rest of the batter. Serve hot with chutney or buttermilk.
