Soak the yellow moong dal overnight
Next day drain the water out an pat dry it
Grind into paste by adding little water
Then in a thick bottom vessel add ghee, fry the grinded moong dal in low flame
Keep stirring till golden brown in color ,
Then add elachi pd an few chopped almonds an mix well
Then add sugar , milk an keep stirring till it becomes thick an starts to leave the sides
Then serve in a bowl garnish it with chopped almonds
