Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup black chana soaked
  2. 1 Aloo boiled
  3. 1 onion chopped
  4. 1 tomato chopped
  5. 1/2 cucumber chopped
  6. 1lemon juice
  7. Salt
  8. Coriander leaves
  9. Pomegranate seeds
  10. 1/2tsp Chaat masala
  11. 1/2 tsp Jeera Powder
  12. 1/4tsp Black pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. Soak chana overnight
  2. In a pressure cooker pour water, chana, salt.
  3. Cook till 5-6 whistles
  4. Drain extra water
  5. In mixing bowl take all ingredients mentioned above
  6. Mix well
  7. Serve
