Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup moong dal(soaked &ground)
  2. 1 cucumber slice
  3. 1 onion
  4. 1 tomato
  5. 1 potato (boiled)
  6. Chat masala
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Haldi 1/ 2 tsp
  9. Hing a pinch
  10. Green chutney
  11. Tamarind chutney
  12. Bhujia
  13. oil

Instructions

  1. First mix Hing, Haldi, salt, in moong dal batter.
  2. Now make pancakes with this mixture.
  3. Make all pancakes.
  4. Now spread green chutney on one.
  5. Now place potato, onion on it.
  6. Sprinkle chat masala.
  7. On another pancake, now put tamarind chutney.
  8. Now put tomato, cucumber and sprinkle chat masala.
  9. Top with Bhujia.
  10. Put one pancake over another.. yummy Bombay sandwich is ready.
