Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Dhuli moong 1/2 cup
  2. Green chillies a few
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Heeng just a pinch
  5. Garlic cloves 4
  6. Onion 1
  7. Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  8. Ginger 1/2 bunch

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients with a little water. It should be of medium consistency.
  2. Take a nonstick pan, heat it. It should not be too dry or too oily just brush with oil and put a ladle of batter cook with a little oil and turn it to cook on the other side.
  3. Serve with onion tomato chutney.
