Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup badam
  2. 1tbsp poppy seeds
  3. 1tbsp Gulkand
  4. 1tsp pepper powder
  5. 1tsp musk melon seeds
  6. 1 tsp Fennel seeds
  7. 1 glass of chilled milk
  8. 1/2 glass of water
  9. 2tsp of sugar (more if you prefer sweet)
  10. 1 paan/betel leaf

Instructions

  1. Make half glass water warm
  2. Add badam, fennel seed, poppy seed, musk melon seeds to it. and soak for 3 hours.
  3. Drain and grind to a fine paste with Paan.
  4. Sieve it with muslin cloth by pressing it.
  5. Blend the collected extract with sugar, Gulkand and pepper powder.
  6. Paan Thandai is ready
