Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Bunch of spinach
  2. Bunch of Coriander leaves
  3. Bunch of mint
  4. Green chilli as per taste
  5. Black salt
  6. Hing
  7. Lemon juice 2spoons
  8. Raw mango chopped 2
  9. Water 4cups
  10. Boondi
  11. Chat masala 1spoon
  12. Imli pulp 50gm
  13. Roasted cumin powder 1spoon

Instructions

  1. Wash all the leaves of spinach, mint coriander and chopped them roughly.
  2. Put all the ingredients in mixer jar and churn it for 4mins. Except chat masala.
  3. It will be in the form of green chutney.
  4. Now in a big bowl put the chutney and 4 cups of water.
  5. Mix it well.
  6. Now strain it with drainer so that the extra wastage can be removed.
  7. Now put chat masala and ice.
  8. Yummy spinach Jal jeera is ready.
  9. Chill it.
  10. Will reserving add Boodi to glass and then pour the Jal jeera.
