ABOUT Coconut and Cinnamon Lassi RECIPE

In summer, every body needs something refreshing which gives instant energy, for that time Coconut and cinnamon lassi is a perfect option.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 400 gm Curd
  2. 250 ml Water
  3. 1 Cinnamon stick
  4. 3/4 cup Fresh coconut, roughly chopped
  5. 3/4 cup Sugar
  6. 2 scoops Vanilla ice cream
  7. Cinnamon powder to sprinkle over it
  8. Star anise for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat water in a pan adds sugar, cinnamon stick and roughly chopped coconut in it when it boils switch off the gas and keep aside to cool.
  2. When sugar and coconut water cool strain it.
  3. Now take curd, sugar, cinnamon and coconut water, some icecubes and blend well.
  4. To serve transfer in serving glass, place a scoop of vanilla icecream and sprinkle some cinnamon powder over it and serve chilled.
