ABOUT IceApple Cooler/Tadgola Sherbat RECIPE

The range of coastal regions in summer, a product of Palmyra Tree ICE APPLE makes one's thirst quenched like no other fruit.We make a lovely Sherbat outa it which in summers is the bliss of course to have.There are two variations to it, we make in Milk too.Both are shown as an option here.add Rooheafza or Rose essence for the taste and colour.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Dozen of Ice Apples
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 500 ml Milk (cooled after adding sugar)
  4. 2-4 tbsp of rose essence or rose syrup

Instructions

  1. Clean the ice apples well.
  2. Now chop these fine retaining the water that comes out.
  3. Add sugar to cool milk and add rose essence.
  4. Pour this in a tall glass with chopped Ice apples.
  5. Add the ready milk in this stir well.
  6. Now if you like it in water add water and a spoon full of Rooheafza or Kalverts Rose for sweet taste and colour.
  7. Now you have both options with water and with milk
  8. Serve cold.
