ABOUT Ice Apple Ice Cream (Tadgola Ice Cream) RECIPE

Tadgola also known as ice apple or palmya gives natural coolant and help to control body temperatura during summer. Ice apple ice cream is innovative variation in ice cream without preservative and colour.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Amul taaza milk 125 ml
  2. Corn flour 1/2 tbs
  3. Milk powder 1 tbs
  4. Sugar 3 to 4 tbs
  5. Malai or cream 2 tbs
  6. Tadgola 3 to 4

Instructions

  1. Separate 1/2 cup milk and boil remaining milk on slow flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Add sugar in the boiling milk.
  2. Take the leftover, milk powder and corn flakes
  3. Mix milk, milk powder and corn flour. Stir well there should be no lumps in the mixture.
  4. Add the above mixture in the boiling milk stir continuously. Boil on slow flame cook for 3 to 4 minutes more.
  5. Remove the pan from flame. Bring the milk to room temperature. Pour in plastic or any airtight container.
  6. Refrigerate for 3 to 3 hours.
  7. Peel out the Tadgola or ice apple and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  8. Chopped the Tadgola in small pieces
  9. Remove the ice cream from fridge.
  10. Put chopped Tadgola, ice cream and Malai in a mixture jar. Bring them on whipping mode of the mixture grinder.
  11. Pour the batter in the container cover with airtight led and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
  12. When the ice cream sets well serve with Tadgola or rose syrup. Enjoy homemade cool cool Tadgola ice.
