Soak the dal and rice for 5 to 6 hours
Grind to a smooth paste in a mixer by adding curd in it.
Add salt and keep it for 4 to 5 hours to fermentation.
After 4 to 5 hours mix batter once, heats a nonstick griddle.
Pour a ladleful batter on the non-stick griddle and make dosa.
Spread some butter and both green and tomato chutney on it.
Sprinkle capsicum, onions carrot on it in a way so that coated to chutney (by spreading and pressing with spatula)
Cover with a lid, cook For 2 to 3 minutes on slow flame.
Remove the lid, sprinkle over the dosa with lots of grated cheese and coriander leaves.
Roll the dosa and cut into pieces.
Garnish with cheese and coriander leaves.
Serve with chutney and sambhar.
