Cut the raw mango into pieces
Take 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, onion seeds,fennel seeds
Now add asafoetida, onions,ginger garlic paste and green chilly paste ,saute for 1 or 2 minute
Add raw mangoes cook with a lid for 1 or 2 minute
When mangoes become little soft add crushed jaggery and cook for another 1 minute with lid.
Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder salt, and garam masala.
Now open the lid, add boiled daal in it.
Mix well add some water if needed.
Let it come to a boil and switch off the flame.
Now in an another pan add 2 tbsp of oil and add mustard seeds to crackle and then whole dry red chilly, and Patta
Pour the temper on dal and sprinkle coriander leaves.
Serve hot with rice, baati and fulka
