Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 Dried Kokum
  2. 5 cups water
  3. 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  4. 2 & 1/2 cups sugar
  5. Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Soak the dried Kokum in hot water. Keep it soaked for 1 hour.
  2. Make a paste of the kokum. Strain it through a sieve and discard the remains.
  3. Boil water and sugar and make syrup. Keep it to cool. Now add the kokum pulp, cumin powder and a pinch of salt.
  4. Add little of this concentrate in a tall glass and serve with chilled water and ice.
