ABOUT Indian Gooseberry Delight RECIPE

It's sweet, bitter, spicy, salty and tangy. Hope you all like it.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 medium sized amla/ gooseberry
  2. 4 tbsp honey
  3. 2 tbsp sugar (optional. I didn't add sugar)
  4. 3-4 mint leaves
  5. 2 pinch pepper powder
  6. 2 pinch salt
  7. 2 pinch roasted cumin powder
  8. Few ice cubes
  9. Sparkling water.

Instructions

  1. Boil gooseberry till its cooked.
  2. Grind it to a paste with pinch each of salt, roasted cumin powder and pepper powder (I kept it little chunky)
  3. Pour the paste in serving glass.
  4. Add ice cubes, honey and crushed mint leaves.
  5. Now add sparkling water and serve
