Soak moong for 15-20 minutes, clean water 2-3 times and soak
Now chop an onion and keep aside
Now in the soaked moong add salt, turmeric, ginger paste and cumin coriander powder
Add at least 3-4 glasses of water in the pressure cooker and cook 15 min
Do not remove the pressure till it goes itself
Mean while heat pure ghee, add half tspn crushed garlic, cumin seeds.
Add onions to this too to fry for tadka
Open cooker and see that your moong is like soft butter blended well
Remove in serving bowl
On this add the golden brown onions with the red chilli powder
Serve this with roti paratha or zeera rice
