Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6 tablespoon bajra flour
  2. 3 tablespoon jowar flour
  3. 3 tablespoon chickpea flour
  4. 2 tablespoon rice flour
  5. 4 tablespoon mint leaves
  6. 4 cloves of garlic
  7. 1/2 teaspoon chopped ginger
  8. 1 green chilli
  9. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  10. 1 teaspoon jeera powder
  11. 1 1 /2 teaspoon chilli powder
  12. Salt as per taste
  13. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  14. 1 cup of curd
  15. Water as required
  16. 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
  17. 1 tablespoon chopped capsicum (optional)

Instructions

  1. Grind mint, chilli, garlic, ginger into paste. Use 2 tablespoon water
  2. Next mix all the ingredients together as well as the paste use water as well.
  3. Make the consistency equal to dosa batter
  4. Keep this mixture to rest for 15 minutes
  5. Now heat a dosa pan and spread some batter over it and drizzle some oil
  6. As soon as the batter starts leaving sides turn the dosa. Your healthy dosa is ready
