Good recipe but brinjals are uncooked.
First wash the brinjals, slit them into 4.
Marinate the brinjals with salt and keep aside for 10 min.
Pour the yogurt into a serving dish add some water and blend properly.
Add salt, sugar, roasted cumin seeds and red chilli powder to the yogurt and mix well.
Heat oil in a frying pan, deep fry the brinjals and keep aside.
Add the brinjals to the yogurt mixture.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan,splutter mustard seeds. Add green chillies, grated ginger, curry leaves.
Pour the above contents into the brinjal and yogurt mixture.
Dahi baigana is ready.
