It is unique recipe that we make in fasts, different but yummy taste and it can be made with leftover rice

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Boiled rice or leftover rice- 1 cup
  2. Singhara atta- 1 tbls
  3. Ginger- 1 one small piece
  4. Green chili- 2
  5. Roasted zeera- 1 tsp
  6. Rock salt- 1/2 tsp or to taste
  7. Red chilli- 1/2 tsp
  8. Curd- 2 cup
  9. Meethi imli chutney- 2 tbls
  10. For stuffing:
  11. Grated coconut- 2 tbls
  12. Raisins- 2 tsp cut into small pieces
  13. Coriander leaves
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Oil for fry

Instructions

  1. Mix rice, ginger, green chilli mash it or grind in mixie
  2. Add atta to it, mix all the stuffing ingredients
  3. Make all balls flat on palms, fill with stuffing and make balls again.
  4. Heat oil in pan fry bhalla on slow fire.
  5. Whisk curd, add salt to it.
  6. Dip bhalla in curd for 15 minutes
  7. Decoratte with zeera, mirch and meethi chutney
  8. Top up with coriander leaves
