Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Brown bread or white bread slices 8
  2. Cashews 20 grams
  3. Green chilli chopped 1 tablespoon
  4. Ginger (grated) 1 tablespoon
  5. Raisins 8
  6. Hung curd 1/2 kilograms
  7. Spices(red chilli powder, salt, roasted cumin seeds powder) as per taste.

Instructions

  1. Take the bread and cut the sides.
  2. Dip in water and squeeze it
  3. Stuff cashews, raisins, green chilli, ginger and make into round shapes.
  4. Beat the curd add spices, black salt and cumin powder.
  5. Place the bhallas in the beaten curd and pour tamarind chutney over it. Serve.
