And what better way to have it than in this fusion form- that of dahi bhalle and different chutneys topped with sev,boondi and pomegranate seeds making it look gorgeous. Indulge in this sumptious chaat at any time of the day, you will be craving for more and more.

Soak the dal in enough water for atleast two hours.
Grind it into a thick batter by adding little water.
Mix in all the ingredients listed under it's preparation.
Deep fry these in hot oil on high flame in batches.
Keep an eye over them since they are fried on high flame.
Whisk the curd with some salt and little water.Do not make it watery.
After frying, drop these bhalle in the curd.
If desired add some chopped green chillies and coriander too.
Now for the assembling, in a serving bowl, add the dahi bhallas and top it up with the chutneys
Followed by sev and boondi
Followed further by the chat masala and pomegranate seeds.
