Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 small size raw papaya
  2. 1/2 yellow sliced bellpepper
  3. 1/2 red sliced bellpepper
  4. 2 sliced green chilli
  5. 2 tablespoon peanuts
  6. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  7. 1 chopped tomato
  8. 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  9. 1/2 table spoon redchilli powder (optional)
  10. Chopped coriander leaves
  11. 2 tablespoon tamarind water
  12. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Peel the papaya and cut strips
  2. Roast peanuts for five minutes remove skin and crush the peanuts
  3. Mix all ingredients except peanuts and mix well
  4. Take a serving plate arrange salad. And spread crushed peanuts
