ABOUT Paneer Muffins RECIPE

I thought why can't we make a savory muffins and browsed many blogs, Finally came to my own way of recipe that suits my kid's taste.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. All purpose flour half cup
  2. Wheat flour half cup
  3. Baking powder 1 tsp
  4. Baking soda half tsp
  5. Oil 2 tbsp
  6. Vinegar 2 tsp
  7. Yogurt 1 cup
  8. Salt half tsp
  9. Pepper (to your taste)
  10. Paneer 50 grams finely chopped
  11. Tomatoes 1 medium size finely chopped
  12. Onion 1 medium sized finely chopped
  13. Garlic 3 cloves finely chopped
  14. Water 2-3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Sieve all the dry ingredients like flour, baking powder, baking soda,salt
  2. Whisk yogurt nicely
  3. Add oil, vinegar to it and mix well
  4. Sauté onions and garlic and add to this
  5. Then add paneer and tomatoes
  6. Mix well
  7. To this gently add the dry ingredients and carefully fold the ingredients
  8. If need add water, don't add too much of water. Add little by little.
  9. Grease the muffin tray or place cupcake liners in the muffin tray and pour the batter
  10. Preheat the oven 10 mins at 180 deg
  11. Place the muffin tray and bake for 12 Mins at 180 deg
