ABOUT Mango cheese cake RECIPE

Today I tried mango cheesecake, In a cheesecake mostly used Philadelphia cheese but here I tried this mango cheesecake with homemade cream cheese, which is very delicious and mango jelly is also homemade just yum.

Ingredients Serving: 6

10 Marie biscuit
10 Parle biscuit or anyways if you want
1 tablespoon butter
One half cup hung curd
One cup whipped cream beated
One tablespoon Amul fresh cream
One tablespoon China grass
1 cup mango pulp
1/2 glass water
Half cup powdered sugar

Instructions

Take Marie and Parle biscuits and blend it in a mixer .
Add butter and mix it
Set in a mould. And keep it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Take China grass and water.
Heat both on a stove and continuously stir it.
Keep aside and let it cool
In mixing bowl take hung curd, 1/4 cup powder sugar, butter, cream and 1 tbsp China grass
In another mixing bowl take whipping cream and beat It
Add whipped cream in hung curd mixture mix it well. Cream cheese mixture is ready
Apply cream cheese on biscuit base and set in freeze 20 minutes
Now take rest of China grass and water mixture, add powder sugar on stove
Add mango puree and continuously stir it for 15 minutes till it become thick.
Cool it down to the room temperature
Pour it on cream cheese mixture. Keep in fridge 1 or 1 1/2 hour till it became set.
Demold it...ready...
