Creamy soft mouth melting curd rice with crunchiness of channa dal and black gram dal

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rice 1 cup
  2. Curd 1 cup
  3. Milk 1 cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. For tempering :
  6. Black mustard 1 tsp
  7. Yellow gram dal 1 tsp
  8. Black gram dal 1 tsp
  9. Red Chilli 2
  10. Onion 1 chopped
  11. Curry leaves 4
  12. Oil 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. First take a pressure cooker. Cook rice in it with appropriate water and salt
  2. Now take a big vessel, add curd and milk together. Whisk well
  3. Now add this curd mixture in the cooked rice. Mix well
  4. Now take a wok add oil in it ..add black mustard seeds in it, when comes crackling sound add onion, red chilli, both dal, curry leaves and saute it.
  5. Now in this tempering add rice. Mix well ...
  6. Keep in fridge serve chilled .
