Chocolate boat with mixed fruit ice cream it is a healthy yummy and delicious dessert its healthy because its makes with fresh different mix fruits and milk chocolate you can surprise your kids in any occasion

Ingredients Serving: 3

Milk chocolate bar 250 gram
Dark chocolate bar 100 grams
Vanilla ice cream four big scoops
Food colour blue 1 drops
Strawberry 7
blueberries 12
Cherries 4
Black grapes 10
Kiwi fruit 1
Milk soaked fig 2
Orange 2
Chocolate spiracle 3 teaspoon
KitKat for Galaxy bar 1
Wafer stick 3

Instructions

1 Making of chocolate boat 10 cube in microwave safe bowl melt in microwave or double boiler method
2. Take boat shaped bowl, grease hit then cover into melted Milk chocolate then freeze it deep freezer for 20 minutes
3 De mould boat
3 design with the help of chocolate piping
For waves take 3 Milk chocolate bar melt it and add blue food colour mix thoroughly
Take serving plate ,decorate wave shape by blue milk chocolate with the help of finger
Take dark chocolate melted apply into three strawberries and stick some chocolate spiracle and freeze it
Take three star strawberries + blueberries + Kiwi + milk soaked fig + 3 grapes into mixer jar and grind it properly
Mix fruit mixture a 3 tablespoon Vanilla icecream, mix well and freeze it, deep freezer for 10 minutes
Place boat into serving plate filled with 3 scoop of mix fruits ice cream and freshly chopped fruits in it and decorate with chocolaty strawberries
Decorate with orange slices and black grapes and different fruits for your choice
Your delicious yummy healthy chocolate boat with fruity ice cream is ready
