ABOUT Crunchy Detox Salad RECIPE

All the ingredients helps in losing weight. Combination of red cabbage, almonds, pumpkin seeds and other ingredients makes it more delightful and crunchy.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Red cabbage 1/4 bunch
  2. Cucumber - 1
  3. Spring Onion - 1
  4. Cherry tomato - 5
  5. Broccoli 2-3 stems
  6. Carrot - 1
  7. Almonds 1/4 cup
  8. Pumpkin seeds 1/4 cup
  9. Lemon
  10. Rock salt
  11. Black pepper 1/4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Chop all the ingredients except cherry tomato and broccoli in very small size.
  2. Boil water in a pan and dip broccoli in it for 15-20 seconds only
  3. Chop the cherry tomatoes half
  4. Chop the broccoli in small size
  5. Mix all the ingredients very well
  6. Add rock salt and black pepper in it
  7. Sprinkle lemon juice on it
  8. Serve it with fresh juice
  9. Almonds add crunch to the salad and makes it tastier.
