ABOUT Mango Yoghurt Tangy Salad. RECIPE

It is a quick, yummy and savoury salad made with the favourite fruit of this season " Mango". Along with mango, it includes carrot and yoghurt too making it so healthy.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 Cup Mango Chunks
  2. 1tbsp Fresh Mango Pulp
  3. 1/2 Cup Grated Carrot
  4. 2tbsp Yoghurt/Curd
  5. 1tsp Lemon Juice
  6. 1/2tsp Mixed Herbs
  7. 1/2tsp Chilli Flakes
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1/2tsp Chaat Masala
  10. 1tsp Coriander Leaves

Instructions

  1. Take all the ingredients, mix them properly in a bowl.
  2. Refrigerate for 15-20 mins.
  3. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves, chilly flakes and serve cool.
