My recipe to make suji or Rawa Halwa

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Semolina/Suji 1 cup
  2. Sugar 1 cup
  3. Grated coconut 1/4 cup
  4. Milk 2 cup
  5. ghee 1/4 cup
  6. Almond 5 chopped
  7. Cashew 5 chopped
  8. Cinnamon powder 1 tbsp
  9. Cardamom powder 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat pan and cook suji on a low flame, stir continuously, it takes 4 minutes
  2. At the same time take a pan add milk, sugar, cinnamon and cardamom and heat it until it boils. Now turn off the flame
  3. Now in the roasted suji add grated coconut and cook for 30 seconds now add butter and cook it for 2 minutes stir continuously. Now add the milk sugar syrup in the pan
  4. Now continuously mix it cook for 5 minutes and cover the lid for 60 seconds. Open lid stir it now add dry fruits and mix it well
  5. Turn off the flame and Halwa is ready
