A very easy to make dessert and tastes yum.... :blush:

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Suji - 1 katori
  2. Kesar - 1 pinch
  3. Milk - 1 small cup ( abt 130 ml )
  4. Water - half cup - (abt 60 ml )
  5. Sugar - about 15 tspns ( adjust to taste )
  6. Clarified butter /ghee - about 3 to 5 tspns
  7. Cardamom pwdr - little
  8. Almonds or cashews - for garnish

Instructions

  1. Take the kesar & put it in little lukewarm milk & keep aside
  2. Now take a kadai & heat it. Put ghee & when hot fry the cashews & almonds & keep aside
  3. Now add little more ghee & fry the suji on low to medium flame till you get a nice aroma.
  4. Then add the kesar milk & water slowly....put sugar ... and by continuous stirring mix it well...
  5. When cooked turn off the gas and garnish with chopped almonds
