The cream rolls bring out childhood memories so presenting the cream rolls with a tiny twist.

Ingredients Serving: 6

1 cup maida
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup hung curd
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Mixed fruit essence - 1/4th tsp

Instructions

Make a semi hard dough of Maida adding salt, oil and water.
Keep it for half an hour. From dough, roll long ovel shaped roti. Cut 1/2 inch width strip from it.
Make spiral cone with the strip (using aluminium cone as the former). Deep fry the cones on low flame till crispy.
Put on paper towel to absorb extra oil. Without bake crispy cone is ready.
For filling. Beat hung curd with sugar and mix fruits essence till it is creamy and fluffy
Fill the cone with curd cream, using a piping bag.
Spread chopped pistachio on the top. Indian way cream roll is ready to serve.
