ABOUT sooji dhokla in shape of cupcakes RECIPE

Sooji soaked in curd and made into a dhokla

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. sooji/semolina 3 cups
  2. Curd 250 gms
  3. green chilli and ginger paste 1 tsp
  4. salt as per taste
  5. eno 1 packet
  6. Oil 2 tsp
  7. Black mustard seeds
  8. cumin seeds half tsp
  9. curry patta leaves 4-5
  10. chopped coriander 2 tsp
  11. Sesame Seeds 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. soak sooji/semolina for 15 minutes in curd
  2. you can add half cup water if the batter is thick
  3. add salt, green chilli paste
  4. add eno
  5. mix properly
  6. pour batter in silicon mould
  7. you can use cupcakes tray too
  8. steam it for 20 minutes
  9. remove and cool them
  10. in small pan add oil
  11. let it become little hot
  12. add sesame seeds and cumin seeds
  13. add curry leaves and mustard seeds
  14. little red chili powder (optional)
  15. pour this with spoon on dhokla
  16. garnish with corriander leaves
