Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Curd (hunged) 2 cup
  2. Cottage chesse 2 cup
  3. 1 tablspoon garlic ginger paste
  4. 1 tablespoons turmeric powder
  5. 1 Tablespoon Garam Masala
  6. 1 cup crushed cornflakes
  7. Oil 2 cups for frying

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add hung curd into it and wait for 5 minutes
  2. Now add cottage chesse, cornflakes, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, ginger garlic paste and now mix all well and make a dough.
  3. Now take dough ( lemon sized ) and make lollipops and put aside.
  4. Now heat oil into a pan and deep dry the kebabs balls and serve hot.
