ABOUT fried rice with maggi manchurian and creamy noodles sizzler RECIPE

It is mouth watering recipe which I made for my lovely grand daughter

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maggi 1 packet
  2. Cornflour 2 tbsp
  3. Salt
  4. Onion chopped half cup
  5. Carrot chopped
  6. Capsicum chopped
  7. Spring onion half cup
  8. garlic minced 4 cloves
  9. green chilli sauce 1 tsp
  10. Soya sauce 1 tsp
  11. ketch up 1 tsp
  12. for rice --
  13. 1 cup rice
  14. mix vegetables chopped as pet desire
  15. oil 2 tbsp
  16. Salt
  17. Chilli powder
  18. Haldi
  19. Hing
  20. Garam Masala
  21. Lemon juice
  22. Jeera
  23. Bay leaf
  24. Clove
  25. for noodles layer----
  26. Boiled noodles 1 cup
  27. Salt
  28. Butter 1 tbsp
  29. Cream 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. first soak rice and chop vegetables
  2. boil noodles in hot water along with some oil and salt
  3. make maggi and add cornflour in it adjust seasoning
  4. make small balls and fry all
  5. for manchurian-- take a pan and heat oil
  6. saute garlic, onion and spring onion
  7. then add carrot and capsicum
  8. when cooked add spices and sauces
  9. add remaining cornflour also, it thickens gravy
  10. lastly add maggi balls
  11. for rice pulao--- take cooker and heat oil
  12. add jeera, hing, clove and bay leaf then saute onion
  13. roast rice in oil for 2 min and add two cups of water
  14. add all veggies and spices
  15. cook till one whistle
  16. for noodles---- take a pan and add butter
  17. add noodles and salt
  18. add cream and mix
  19. now heat sizzler plate and spread pulao all over in it.
  20. In center spread noodles
  21. top with maggi balls and pour gravy also.
  22. garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice and serve hot.
